This week I have a circuit for you to create some more healthy competition within your clientele. Use this circuit to push your clients to their limits. Note this is an advanced circuit so be mindful of your clients’ capabilities. Create a challenge board and time your clients to see who can progress through the circuit in the fastest time (but add time for sloppy form and don’t count repetitions that aren’t full range of motion).
